Terms of service

Mr Create generates websites, documents, images, and posts from the descriptions you provide, and lets you publish them. You need an account to use it, and you're responsible for what happens under your account.

You own what you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, generate, display, and publish it for you. You're responsible for making sure your content is lawful and that you have the rights to anything you upload.

Don't use Mr Create to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or generate harmful or deceptive material. We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider and grant a monthly credit allowance that rolls over while your plan is active. Generating content spends credits. Charges are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal.

Published sites run on a Mr Create subdomain or a custom domain you connect. You're responsible for your domain registration and for the content you put live.

We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is," without warranties. We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months.

We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make a material change, we'll let you know. Continuing to use Mr Create means you accept the current terms.
