We practice barefoot on clean natural cork and hardwood floors. Shoes and coats rest in our entryway cubbies before you enter the room.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes before class. Our front host will greet you by name, guide you through the studio, show you the changing rooms, and introduce you to your teacher.
Enjoy a warm cup of steeped herbal tea in the lounge while you settle in. Practice rooms open 10 minutes prior to class for quiet resting.
Every cue is an invitation, never an obligation. You are welcome to take child’s pose, rest, or modify any movement whenever your body asks.
