A deep study into ancient ceramic aging, extended maceration, and orange wines from the rugged hills of Georgia, Friuli, and the Peloponnese. Paired with cured sheep’s milk cheeses and preserved fruit.
An informal yet deeply intimate communal table hosted alongside visiting winemakers uncorking rare back-vintages, tank samples, and unreleased small-batch cuvées. Accompanied by hearth-baked provisions.
A self-directed blind flight of three elusive cellar bottles poured into blackened glassware, accompanied by written sensory notes and small pairings to challenge perception in the dark.

Tucked behind velvet drapery beyond the main hall lies our private subterranean salon. Designed around a monolithic walnut table, low wax candlelight, and our temperature-controlled cellar vault, it is a dedicated space for celebratory feasts, clandestine tastings, and long midnight conversations.

The hand-carved walnut counter and four courtyard high-tops are held unreserved every night. For parties of one to three, walk-ins are warmly received on a first-come basis with wine poured while you wait.
