A timber floor is only as stable as the structural strata beneath it. We treat every room as a bespoke engineering project, adhering to rigorous tolerances from damp testing to final mitred perimeter detailing.

Subfloor Diagnostics & Moisture Profiling

Prior to touching a single plank, we deploy calibrated hygrometers, structural carbide bomb tests, and rotary laser levels. We map relative humidity (RH), structural deflection, and floor variance across a 2-metre straight edge.

STAGE 02 /

Subfloor Remediation, Levelling & Acoustic Barrier

We rectify uneven substrates using fibre-reinforced self-smoothing compounds or 9mm–18mm certified SP101 marine-grade plywood mechanical underlays. Liquid epoxy DPM membranes are applied where subterranean vapor pressure exists.
